Begin the process by filling out the application. You can get this form in the 'forms' section and fill it out electronically on your computer; print it out and submit it to your league registrar.
It is best handled by saving a completed application on your computer; emailing BOTH your league registrar and your spring league contact. Attach the completed application to your email so both people can finish the process.
U8's: $300 per team
U10's: $325 per team
U12's: $350 per team
U14's: $350 per team
*** The fees should be submitted to their 'home club' so a club check can be processed for payment. The club check will be sent to their 'Home League'. The league will draw a final registration check for all teams participating in Spring League. League checks for Spring League will be made payable to 'District 7'. PLEASE NO PERSONAL CHECKS. THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
* These fees are team-based fees on returning players from the fall 2008 session. If a player was not registered for the Fall session; then there will be an individual cost for the player to be eligible for Spring League. Check with your league registrar for the league cost for the individual player.
