-Start assembling your team by each parent fill out a registration form (CYSA 1601)
-Collect a picture for each player (1 1/2" by 1")
-Turn in 1601's to your club registrar.
-Save pictures to put on passes when they are issued out. (prior to April 1)
-Input your teams in the 'Spring' component of your registration, and register the team (regardless of level of play) as '4NR' status. This is to make sure that the club or league registrars will be able to print the passes when they become available. Also, if the player played in the Fall season; they are to be registrered into Spring League as 'secondary'. 'Primary" players are for players who did NOT play in the fall with CYSA.
-Print 3 copies of the finished roster for each team. 1 copy to the coach, 1 copy to the league, and 1 copy to be submitted by the league to the district with final payment for processing.
- Collect a copy of the Spring league rosters for each team from your league.
- Fill out the League application with the total number of teams for each age group. (Both Advanced and Recreational). This form can be found on the 'forms' page of this website.
- Submit a league check for the total fees for all the teams in your league.
